Description
"Sedentary" is killing off 15% of migrating pops [2.2.2][555a]

Game Version
2.2.2 checksum 555a

What version do you use?

Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When taking the trait "Sedentary" and founding your first colony, pops start migrating. However if you look at the tooltips, it appears that the 15% of migrating pops "leave" the source planet, but never arrive at the destination, effectively "dying" in space.

See the included savegame and screenshots for more detail.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a game with a race that has the "sedentary" trait, found a new colony, advance one month and measure the discrepancy between pops leaving the capital and pops arriving.

They were so sedentary they value-overflowed into nomadic and went on to join the space pirates!

...at least that's my head-canon. The more I look at it the more confused I get if it's working as intended or not...

From a making-sense perspective, shouldn't Sedentary be reducing Emigration Push instead of Immigration Growth? I get that it's supposed to be the mechanical opposite of Nomadic... but if you think about it, does Nomadic even make sense? Shouldn't it be affecting Emigration Push too?

Thematically, Immigration Growth seems like something that would be more fitting for mechanics revolving around welcoming or rejecting outsiders (incoming growth), while Nomadic and Sedentary should be completely about how willing pops are to emigrate from their home planet in the first place (outgoing growth).

But admittedly the migration mechanics still go over my head a little, I may be missing something.

Pretty sure this is WAD, but like many of the games population mechanics, it makes very little sense.

Hilariously, because Sedentary and Nomadic uses the same modifier, you'd be stupid NOT to take Nomadic, because it nets you free pops out of thin air that scale with the number of migrants in your entire empire. I have a hard time believing this was intentional.

This bug is still existing in [2.7.2] [60bf],
but has been reportet several times since [2.2.1] [bbf4]:

The dangers of being a Sedentary couch-potato apparently include death by emigration.

(The benefits of a Nomadic lifestyle include +15% mile-high club membership with impregnation.)
