(+ Nemesis which is not listed in the post thread menu)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Hi,
When i go into "system view" mode (not galactic view) a green flickering layer appear (it's like the screen is 4 quarters, each of those flickering with a green overlay). See screenshot ; i could have done a video but i don't know how.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Go into system view by pushing "e"; it appears sometimes; not everytime, i don't know how to make it happen.
Edit apprently it appears after you right click to build a station in system view.
