The Underwater capital appears extremly advanced and covered in clear use of technolegy, the royal Palace itself appears more like a gigantic data-storing center than a Palace.

"I wish what is best for my people and its prosperity, i wish to maintain our neutrality for as long as possible. But i cannot ask anyone to be neutral in thought to the disasters happening to our region of space, several of the noble corps of admirals and generals are urging me to go to war. But, i cannot see my people ready for it. I will maintain my vigilance and improve the defences of my Kingdom, to ensure the prosperity and safety of my citizens...I still call my space a Safe-Zone for this conflict. I hope to your best that you will understand this, if it helps i will offer materials for the ongoing conflict to your side. But i will not risk Kaheshi lives while my nation is neutral.. We have also set up several zones on worlds for refugees from the war if they so desire a temporary place to stay until the conflict dies out."
