The only information I need from all of you is whether or not you'd prefer to request a subforum be made here, or a new forum be set up. I can do either in a few minutes, but the separate forum would be a whole lot quicker.

[Against, the Ur-Quan? Well they are my empire's archenemy. against him? A Little mayby but most of all I want things to reurn to how it was Before this conflict so that we can all forget about it.]

I say go with making a new forum as its faster and we are all itching to Roleplay

It wouldn't be a wipe so to speak. Everyone would transfer their species identification post to a factbook, there would be clearly defined areas for each type of post, general rp(character based), diplomacy(between players), wars/battles/raids, and an out of character section. I could write up a backstory using this war you all got into as precursors to the world we rp in, perhaps 50 years after the fact.

I know, I've been following it. Seems to me, what's needed here is a legitimately outlines roleplay, rather than the oneliners' this crew has been using. If you all agree, I can make either a forum, or request a subforum for strictly StRP(Stellaris Role Play) I've been, and currently am, involved with quite a few roleplays. I'm actually setting up a Game of Thrones Roleplay right now. If you'd like I can, with input from you all, design a ruleset that is simple and easy to work with. So we can get some actual RP done, rather than fight over some silly "rules" that change on convenience

I wish to join the sub forum once set up. Been busy past few days and have been writing up back story and editing.

I would have tailored my civ to have accepted Ur-Quan supremacy either way.

As for how many planets and ships my own civ has, I am not sure. Make something up. (But make it fair for others.)
But since it had stated in my backstory, the Vespertiliones had once been expansionistic (and would have gotten quite a few planets) but for some reasons stopped. that is, until the arrival of the Ur-Quan.]

[But that would go against the story as it is, where the Ur-Quan being the galaxy's most powerful empire, with a few (like me), Close to them, some protectorates and other peoples of varying size]

Essentially a blank slate, that way the game will not be forcefed to players by one or two overly powerful players.
