"Liar. That incursion was simply the disobedience of a rogue planet. Don't claim that they represent us all.

"That is right. Feel free to punish our disobedient lackey."

You are the liar, do you deny that the Ur-Quan have sent fleets to attack neutrals for no warning or reason?

For a moment, the Consul pondered of overtaking the planet in a swift strike before anyone else has time to react. But he had been told to await orders from his Ur-Quan masters. He gritted his teeth, the opportunity was there and yet his hands were tied.

You are the liar, do you deny that the Ur-Quan have sent fleets to attack neutrals for no warning or reason?
"Yes, as a matter of fact I do. Our masters always give fair warning before attacking, and their reason is simple -- peace, prosperity, and security for all loyal vassal states. We always felt that the Khendros were not to be trusted even before we joined the Hierarchy, but this utter fabrication only serves to reinforce our belief."

For a moment, the Consul pondered of overtaking the planet in a swift strike before anyone else has time to react. But he had been told to await orders from his Ur-Quan masters. He gritted his teeth, the opportunity was there and yet his hands were tied.
In a secret message, the Archon speaks up to his Pteropodidae ally. "Change of plan. You are to attack the rogue planet before the Alliance gets to it."

Response to Waghoots act of aggression against Earth:

"It was our mistake to put our trust on aliens. We were right all along since the beginning."
----------------------------------
Battleship construction is being put on hold. Diplomatic efforts with the Independence League have halted until investigated further. Due to being merely a guest member in the Independence League, the TNR is reconsidering its decision of joining.
----------------------------------
"It only makes sense that we are reluctant to reach out to others. It is because of events like this. Don't forget the attack on the UN HQ, which was clearly done by the aliens," said the representative of TNR.

"We don't believe for a second that UN attack was done by aliens," said the prime minister of India. "What we know so far are legitimate facts. And it includes that the Independence League is in a state of chaos. We can't conclude that all League members are bad. But this is exactly what TNR wants. They want to assume more power and control over the sovereign nations on Earth using these sort of fear. Aliens aren't the fear mongers here, the TNR is."

The league has two announcements to make.

First that we has voted to allow Earth into the League.

Also we agree to the non aggression and mutual defense pacts for the Galactic science consortium.

After a few weeks, the warp drive of the UJS Paradox came to a shuddering halt. The subspace bubble dissipated, and the eager colonists of Joreom peer out the window, desperate to take a glance at their new home. The ship landed on the surface of the planet and the first colonists of Joreom stepped out for the first time. A monumental milestone in the Unified Jarotamar Ecumene's history.

In a secret message, the Archon speaks up to his Pteropodidae ally. "Change of plan. You are to attack the rogue planet before the Alliance gets to it."

The Consul took time to let the message sink in. A subtle smirk were made as he relayed the order.
Hundreds of warships were dispatched towards the rogue planet.
If this conquest were to be successful, this part of the galaxy would once again see the might of the Regula Vespertiliones and tremble.

Transmission to the fleet
You are entering proper League territory. Approaching any further, and it might turn into war.

It was not the Independent League but a vassal (now taken care of) of the Ur-Quan who did this.

" I wouldn't say we are in a state of chaos. A splinter group of one of our members that were under the juridiction of the Ur-quan hierarchy couldn't be contain by the Ur-quan and their vassals. It was because league forces that this attack on Earth was repulse. We have since dealt with this rogue state in a swift counter attack by the Waghoots league members."

Ethos: Fanatic Collectivist, Militarist

Short Description of Species:
Avintians bear a striking resemblance to humans, though they usually have golden eyes. The most immediately noticeable identifying features are that they have 3 eyes, have 6 fingers, and 3 toes. The third eye is also more perceptive than the other ones, allowing them to use the 3rd eye for things such as seeing in the dark, noticing tiny details, seeing through blinding lights, etc. The Avintians evolved this way due to their home world having a lot of essentials being mostly underground with small bits poking out, and that during the day it is extremely bright, and the night extremely dark. The fingers evolved due to them requiring a stronger grip during early stages of their species in order to retrieve resources that were mostly buried, and the toes due to the land being easily traversal, so they did not really need that strong a grip on the ground.
Short Description of Empire and History:
The prehistoric Avintians appeared around 35 million years ago. The first modern Avintians evolved around 60,000 years ago. At around 55,000 years ago the primitive languages were developed, they used a type of visual language. Around 50,000 years ago, primitive polytheistic religions formed. Around around 45,000 years, oral languages were developed, it was also during this time religion started to become more developed, due to better communication. The Avintians used tribal systems for around 20,000 years. These tribes were similar to a democracy, with the tribe electing leaders, however most of the time one family is continually reelected. After that, tribal-federations formed. These tribal-federations were essentially a primitive form of a republic, with a tribe being elected to lead the federation every few years. Despite the tribes in the federation being technically independent tribes simply in an alliance, they were essentially ruled by the elected tribes. Around 30,000 years ago, hereditary tribes started to appear. For the next 15,000 years, the communication, and travel systems started to become more advanced, but not much else happened. However, 15,000 years ago to 10,000 years ago advanced feudal kingdoms started to form. By around 7,000 years ago, the world was split into 3 major empires, the Empire of Avreu, the Vinetian Supremacy, and the Tusovian Triumvirate, and many smaller petty kingdoms. The 3 empires were in a constant state of on and off war, developing the militaristic nature of Avintians. By 5,000 years ago, the Empire of Avreu was victorious against the Vinetians and Tusovians, and annexed them. By 4,800 years ago the Empire of Avreu was renamed to the Avintus Imperium, combining the names of the 3 old empires. It was also during this time the integration of other cultures began. By now, basically everyone in Avintus identifies as Avintian, and speak a common language.

A massive constructions of warp inhibitors and wormhole stations are underway. As the Overseer of the TNR states: "We have to secure our solar system. We cannot allow a single alien to enter our space. I am now declaring a state of emergency. Full reserve troops will be mobilized and all hyperspace lanes to Sol will be closed off."
