As I understand it the Vidathrian Interstellar Hegemony failed to respond to the request of joining the Galactic Science Consortium, is this as you wished or be it a consequence of miscommunication?

Our transmissions must have failed to reach you. We apologize for that. However we do not wish to be part of the Consortium at this time. We are however willing to share our recent advacements in AI technology and guarantee the independance of your people.

Our fleet have grown by a lot. However, due to the libertarian nature of our nation, few are willing to man them. Our proposal is to make some of them "Mutual League Ships", owned by no member state, built by us, but filled with your soldiers and pilots.

@sparta105 @Caspoi @Haldan @Sinister2202 @HoogerTarp I contact the empires of Khendros, Vidathrian Interstellar Hegemony, Tenet of Yogothllor, Terra Matutinus, Zorphax Confederacy and Unified Jarotamar Ecumene to suggest that we form a new major alliance. One aimed to advance scientific knowledge and defend all that is true. As I understand some of you are parts of other alliances, this is currently just a suggestion and I would like to convene on a conclusion in the future.

Regula Vespertiliones ships have been seen to be increasingly numerous within the hierarchy borders, scouring its fringes for any possible intrusions. Few alien scoutships have been reported to be eliminated.
And a small handful captured to be interrogated.
