Kaheshi Broacast to the Vulpes Regime

"We thank you for your condolences however entering under the Hierachy would end our neutrality, the people deserve their freedoms and rights ensured by the Enlightened Monarchy, we wish to maintain our area of a Space as a Safe-Zone relating to the current issues in this region of the galaxy."
"For the time being, we will respect your choice. After all, you are doing no harm to us, and we have gained a certain respect for your steadfast devotion to your ruler and your doctrine of peace. We may not be able to do so forever due to our obligations in the Hierarchy though, so just keep my offer in mind."

Species Name: The Paratus

Species Adjective: Paratus

Empire Name: Scientia Autem Lugum

Empire Adjective: Scientia Autem Lugum

Phenotype: Most likely Arthropoid or Avian

Traits: Intelligent, Natural Physicists, Repugnant

Ethos: Fanatic Materialist, Collectivist

Government: Despotic Hegemony

Homeworld: Dominium Scientia

Planet type: Arid

Short Description of Species: The Paratus are a young race, much focused around the idea of a greater good and that everyone is but a cog in the machine of understanding. They are extremely quick to understand some of even the most complex ideas yet but due to their higher intelligence and strive for knowledge in belief that everyone is part of a machine they are often confounded by other civilisations concept of culture, society and ethics. These are only viewed as barriers by The Paratus.

Short Description of Empire and History: After realising that gods were false pretences the Paratus made themselves devoid of all faith, working only for knowledge. It took them but a fraction of the time most civilisations take to go from the stone age to the information age. After they had to deal with a potentially catastrophic meteor which they dealt with by blowing it up the remnants burnt up in the atmosphere thus destroying most ecosystems on their homeworld; only a small proportion of The Paratus acted quickly enough to survive the fallout alongside some other native species to their homeworld. It took some time to adjust to this newly arid planet and was a monumental set-back in the Paratus strive for knowledge. It is only on the dawn of the human year 2200 that they have now achieved FTL capability due to their setback but they are truly ready to delve the depths of inquisition.

The Crownship of Sa, Kahesh, The Royal Capital

Tra'Ves was nervous about his coronation, why wouldnt he be? He was goign to be crowned Monarch of the Crownship of Sa, a collection of Kaheshi worlds united under the Enlighted Monarchy of the Crown of Sa...A great Burden and test to be put on his shoulder, Tra'Ves was always more of a supporter of the Royal Navy, having had his formal education under the Noble Admiralry of the Navy. He wasnt a true bureacrat like his diseased father...

But being The High Crowned is not meant to be simple and easy, the citizens, the people, everyone within Sa Space, depends on his actions and proclamations, he is to ensure the neutrality and prosperity of the Crownship of Sa, the Kaheshi Worlds, his Subjects.

The time had come. Rising up as Two nobles led him to the grand royal chamber of the palace, the leaders of the bureacracy, science vision, the fleet and the military, all present, kneeling to him as he approached the Throne of Sa, power-armored royal guards at his side, he approached the Throne and sat down, almost immiediatly a scientist moved forward to him presenting the High-Crown, the highest symbol of the power of the Monarchy to the Kaheshi, as well as the Orb of Sa, a globe object serving as an advanced data-device.

The Scientist spoke "Tra'Ves, Son of Kra'Ves. By the will of the Kaheshi people, by the respect and honor of the nobility, for the hope of a bright future of prosperity, progress, peace. We hereby crown you, King of Sa and ruler of the Kaheshi, steward of peace, master of Sa" with that the scientist crowned Tra'Ves, and handed him the globe...The Nobility all knelt before him. Almost all at once. He was no longer a Crown-Prince

He was a King, and he would do all in his power to protect his Subjects.

"With the imminent threat of Ur-Quan Hierarchy seeming to pass, the Vidathrian Interstellar Hegemony starts a colonization effort to boost their potential reasources and to secure bases should the worst come to pass. They claim 3 new systems with 4 planets in total (Unandar, Kladora, Hazmit and Gred). Meanwhile the head scientists have just finished their project to upgrade the warp drives, allowing the VHN (Vidahtrian Hegemonial Navy) to travel greater distances. There are rumors circulating that the Overseer also started to fund projects that seek to create better tactical AI programs."

Kaheshi Broadcast near their sector of space

"The King has died, the Crown-Prince Tra'Vres will be ceremoniously crowned in the Capital of Kahesh, may his reign be long and prosperous"
This is followed by simple news broadcasts about how the Kaheshi people across the Crownship look up to their new monarch and wish him a great reign, as well as the ceremonial swearing of allegiance by the Military Nobility.

Broadcast from the Temple of Fate, Hoithea
The Krav Heavenly Dominion brings it's condolences to the Kahesh people, who grieve after the loss of their great leader. Archprophet Z'jic wishes to bring it's good thoughts and prayers to the Crownship of Sa, but stresses that Fate cannot be changed and needs to be accepted. The Heavenly Dominion wishes to enter into cordial relations with the Crownship and to create an era of everlasting peace and friendship between the Krav'ohq and the Kahesh.

Transmissions from the newly elected Archon of the Waghoot Planets
We have finally reached a stage where internal conflicts will not affect our politics too much. Our homeworld is finally stable, our cities are mostly rebuilt, and the armies have been positioned on all the 17 planets. Now we can start building a fleet and properly start using and trading our resources.

Species Name: Yoggoth
stellaris_avatar_molluscoid_11.png

Species Adjective: Yoggoth

Empire Name: Tenet of Yogothllor

Adjective: Yogolloth

Phenotype: Molluscoid

Traits: Intelligent; Quick Learners; Slow Breeders

Ethos: Fanatic Materialist; Xenophile

Government: Science Directorate

Homeworld: Yogothllor

Planet type: Ocean

Short Description of Species:

The Yoggoth began their evolutionary journey in the oceans of Yogothllor, as predatory cephalopods. In order to survive in a dark brine, the early Yoggoth adapted a biological cunning and curiousity. Not only using their swiftness, but also primal tactics to hunt food, and escape larger predators. Eventually, as they grasped the capacity to use rocks and bones as tools, the Yoggoth took their next step in the migratory evolution: they wandered ashore, on the archipelagos and lagoons that made up Yoggothllor's scant landmass.

Within little time (compared to the evolution of other species), the Yoggoth grew into sapience, soon after setting their first tentacles on land...

Biologically, they're essentially octopodes here on earth. They look like lumbering lumps of meat, but are intelligent, fast, with advanced senses and other locomotive capabilities.

Short Description of Empire and History:

Coming soon...

The Paratus approach you believing that we would both be of benefit of a research agreement.

The great Archon of the Vulpes Regime sends a broadcast to the Paratus' leader. "Dearest Paratus, I see you are a newcomer in the galactic community. It is my pleasure to welcome you, but I must also give you a warning. This galaxy is inhabited by numerous hostile aliens, aliens which would love nothing better than to exterminate you all and suck the marrow from your bones. The Hierarchy will give you purpose and protect you from these threats, as they have done so for us!

We have been temporarily authorized to speak on behalf of our Ur-Quan masters. All you must do is surrender to us, and we will give you the choice between Fallow Slavery or Battle Thrall status. This would no doubt enrich both our great nations, and I urge you to strongly consider joining us. Either you join us now, or others will get to you first. That is a fact. Your cooperation will allow us to work together for a new future for the galaxy."

In the name of the Vidathrian Interstellar Empire, we salute you fellow scientists! We would like to popose a mutual establishement of embassies on our homeworlds.

Transmission to the Vulpes Regime
A rogue ship has attacked one of yours. This is not planned, and we do not wish for further conflict. We would sent a fleet to shoot it down, but then we would need access to your systems. Instead you might consider doing this yourselves.

" I as President of the United systems alliance sends our prays to the people of Kaheshi, and wish current issues hadn't postponed our condolences. We hope that new king Tra'Vres rules with a just heart and mind, and that his citizens prosper under his rule. We also wish to send a small gift of a Shield with the Royal Insignia of the crown of Sa on it. As a symbol as your pledge to defend your people."
