[I think the OP should probably edit his first post to include a list of all the races so far and their creator. It is becoming too easy to lose the flow of events. Something easy and palatable like:
Solicitius - Midion: Arthropoid. Spiritualist, Xenophile, Militarist.
And at most, a link where it's possibile to find the first description.
Keep coming the good stuff guys. The Midion will come back later this evening (unfortunately not before)]
That is probably a good idea.

Somewhat of a timeline of the Dhogans...
1. My people have no government.
2. They finally decide to elect one.
3. They almost joins the Ur-Quan as a protected "slave" (rather planets defended with shield) The chancellor is assassinated.
4. They end up creating a federation of the weaker factions.
5. They end up having a great revolt between the planets. One planet joins the Ur-Quan as a shield slave.
6. The capital of Waghoo is taken by Khendros.
7. The rest is taken, and is ruled by the Khendros-loyalists of New Waghoo.
8. The Ur-Quan finds the planet of Geerd to be vanished.
9. Doghoo is made a shield vassal of Ur-Quan. Taken by the previous anti-Khendros chancellor.
10. Geerd is found somehow heading to a crash against the homeworld of Khendros.
11. (today) A people's revolt brings anarchy to the planets. They now have no government.
12. As the Ur-Quan forces close in, they decide to have an organized military, which deals with diplomacy in addition. An archon is elected.
13. The Ur-Quan takes Waghoot-2, which decides to be a battle thrall instead of a shield slave.

Transmission to the Waghoo Archon

If you two are willing, you are welcome to join the Independent League. In return you will be treated as allies and equals to the United System Alliance and Khendros empire. As that is ask are you have free trade treaties and immigration treaties with the other member states and don't partake in the genocide of a other species.

in return, we will be willing to use Waghoot shipyards to help build our fleets, and give you access to our advance Projectile, missile, and armor tech.

What do you say, honorable one? You have been around in the galactic politics longer than we have been.

Species Name: Krav'ohq

Species Adjective: Krav'ohq

Empire Name: The Krav Heavenly Dominion

Empire Adjective: Krav

Phenotype: Fungoid (see avatar)

Traits: Resilient, Venerable, Weak

Ethos: Fanatic Spiritualist, Colectivist

Government: Divine Mandate

Homeworld: Hoithea

Planet type: Tropical

Short Description of Species: The Krav'ohq are a humanoid species, from the Fungi Kingdom, inhabiting the world of Hoithea. Their height is around 1.7 meters. Though their body is frail, they posses a chitinous carapace around the upper parts of their bodies to protect the vital organs and the spores which are developed in the neck regions. They are extremely resilient, managing to survive in the harshest environments. The species doesn't have any differentiated genders, male of female, but each individual possesses both types of reproduction organs.

Short Description of Empire and History:
The Krav'ohq passed through a rapid industrial development after the discovery of steam power, which was quickly followed by the discovery of electricity and atomic power. This also brought a great change in the mentality of the people, bringing liberal ideas which contested the divine mandate of the Prophet. About 300 years before the discovery of FTL, a civil war took place between the secularists and the ones supporting the theocracy. Before the war, the Krav'ohq were living in an organic system, as parasites to another fungoid species similar to mold and using it's mycelium for building purpose. During the war, many of the mycelium "cities" have been destroyed and the species creating them has gone extinct. The war, which lasted close to 100 Hoithean years (about 70 earth years), was won by the Spiritualist faction. In the aftermath one of the most extensive hunts were organized to make sure that the supporters of the secular movement were utterly annihilated. The disappearance of the mycelium cities made way for the development of anorganic cities, which brought a new industrial revolution.

90 years before FTL, the Krav'ohq managed to send a ship with a crew outside the Ithuay System (where Hoithea is located) to a neighboring system on which it was observed that one of it's planets could sustain life. When they arrived after a trip that took more than a Hoithean Century, they found that the planed was inhabited by a sentient species that has long disappeared. They found remains of starships, of cities and began studying their technology. At the edge of that solar system, they found a giant abandoned space station. It took 90 years to studying the remains from that planet and the space station to be able to master their technology. The station seemed to be a wormhole station. When another one was built on the edges of the Ithuay system, it was clear to everyone, that the Krav'ohq have reached FTL. The discovery brought great changes on Hoithea, as the instutution of the Archprophet was created, which brought under it's rule all the polities from the planet, thus effectively creating a world government.

Kaheshi Broadcast near their sector of space

"The King has died, the Crown-Prince Tra'Vres will be ceremoniously crowned in the Capital of Kahesh, may his reign be long and prosperous"
This is followed by simple news broadcasts about how the Kaheshi people across the Crownship look up to their new monarch and wish him a great reign, as well as the ceremonial swearing of allegiance by the Military Nobility.

This is followed by simple news broadcasts about how the Kaheshi people across the Crownship look up to their new monarch and wish him a great reign, as well as the ceremonial swearing of allegiance by the Military Nobility.

The Archon speaks up, emboldened by his new High Negotiation status. "Your highness.. We of the Vulpes Regime mourn your loss very much, and on behalf of all my people, I convey our sincerest condolences. Would the new ruler be more willing to enter into our mighty Hierarchy as a Battle Thrall or Fallow Slave than his predecessor? We would ensure your protection and give you all the respect and superior technology that you deserve, after you have earned the right of course..."

Species Name: Human
Species Adjective: Human
Faction Name: Terra Matutinus
Desired Empire Name: Terran National Republic
Phenotype: Mammal
Traits: Sedentary, Resilient, Conformists
Ethos: Xenophobic, Collectivist, Materialist
Government: Despotic Hegemony
Homeworld: Earth
Planet type: Continental
Short Description of faction and History: Ever since the earliest human discovery of intelligent life on another planet, both positive and negative sentiments grew among the human population. It came as a shock to both the scientific community and general human culture on Earth. Concepts of aliens were adapted in popular cultures and spread fast. It came as a devastating revelation for most religious groups on Earth. Terra Matutinus became recognized as a political movement in light of the "first contact" event, among many who viewed aliens as a unknown threat. What was merely a culture shock became a huge dilemma for the international community after the fact. The United Nations security council began to focus more on how to deal with alien life forms that may or may not pose threat to Earth. Founder of Terra Matutinus and its activists felt the need for extremely radical reforms of the global government body (the UNSC), and rejected the idea of conventional politics and discorded ways of government. Soon, TM was recognized as a political "party" without national identity worldwide. To the officials, it is still regarded as a extremist political movement that could possibly jeopardize the now slowly disintegrating UNSC's attempt at foreign policy with the aliens. UNSC's authority on matters of alien life is being undermined.

The reason i went with a faction and not an empire is to create RP opportunity with other Earth human RPer. It could pose as a challenge for them to overcome or be overwhelmed, thus changing the course of humanity in this RP

They want to remain neutral in the coming conflicts, as such we of the Alliance support their choice, even if we would prefer it if they would join us to combat these slavers who don't respect another Government territory.

( I think that is at least the third "human" faction, not including mine which might or might not be human descendants)

The Hegemony would like to express their sicerest condolences. May the new king reign long!
