*the device doesn't react in any way to being in warp. It just continues it's hissing sounds and it's light-pulses. If you paid attention, you could also feel a weird, but not unpleasant smell coming off from it, slightly changing in accordance with the hissing*

The Ur-Quan Commanding the dreadnought would have some members of Battle Thrall species recording data from it during the voyage back to Ur-Quan space. If they arrive they will attempt to study it more in depth.

The first was eons ago it was frankly a beurocratic mess and as I said it was a station that would tap into the power of black holes and this station is in a star system close to the Galactic core
