Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Since shattered ring start was changed to have your main species start with ringworld preference I'm assuming this is an oversight.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Create a rogue servitor with shattered ring origin.

Can confirm. I'm trying to create space chickens that can live only on their ringworld and have machines as their protectors and caretakers. Unfortunately, because of this oversight my space chickens have continental world preference. But I don't want them to live on planets! Planets are not safe and can be easily destroyed! I want my space chickens be safe and happy and taken care of on their ringworld that was created only for them!
