Do you have mods enabled?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Sending a ship to research the "Debris Field" anomaly results in nothing happening, the science ship just flies off with no event produced. I am using a small selection of 10 mods, but none that affect events nor overhaul the game in any significant way.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have a scientist research the Debris Field anomaly (already in progress during the attached save), which should result in nothing happening.

Unfortunately, the issue does not reproduce on our end. Can you please double check that there are no mods enabled, and verify the game files in Steam (if not using Steam, please try reinstalling).
If the issue persists after Steam verification please try a clean reinstall, by uninstalling the game, deleting the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris (for windows) folder and reinstalling the game.
