Vassal "Overlord subsidies" isnt taking into account gains from other vassals

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Im a prospectarium under my friend, we also have another friend playing as scolarium, as such my overlord doesnt bother making much research, but appearently im not even getting a proper amount of research AT ALL, im supposed to get 45% of my overlords research (t2 prospectarium), so according to my calculations, i should be getting 140 research in physics, instead im getting 10 at MAX.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Become prospectarium, now check research gain, gains will not be correct in any way against overlords research.
