Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
During a war with a neighboring AI empire one of its systems had a rebellion and became independent. It was presumably a slave revolt, since it had a Synchretic Evolution origin and checking the planet details showed that all the pops of the main species were enslaved while the serviles were free and the portrait and name of the new empire in the diplomacy was that of the servile species.
At any rate, there was a curator enclave station inside that system and when the rebels became independent the station came under their control. I realized this when I declared war on them and it attacked my fleets.
Destroying it did not seem to anger the other enclave stations, since they still offered me to renew my subscription to access their databanks and their stations did not turn hostile.
Sadly, I was doing other things at that moment and I neglected to take a screenshot. By the time I came back to it the station had already been destroyed and the rebel empire had been destroyed by the Khan. I am, however, uploading my save file in case it is of any help.

On a similar note, maybe there should be some changes to slave rebellions with servile species? Since they were unable to take anything but worker jobs all the specialist and ruler jobs were empty and the worker slots were prioritized for the main species (now slaves themselves), so all the free servile pops were unemployed. This caused the planet to have extremely low stability and eventually all serviles turned into criminals while the primary species toiled in the worker slots. I am not sure if this sort of behavior is intended.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have a system with a curator enclave station rebel. It is unclear if it must be a slave rebellion.
