Protection range not correct when mixing starbase modules [3.5.2][27ef]

Game Version

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was in the middle of switching over from gun batteries to hangar bays on my starbase that provides my trade protection when I noticed that a lot of systems aren't protected anymore. The problem seems to be that the protection range is only taken from one type of modules (in this case hangar bays), which lowers the range of the protection. As far as I can tell the trade protection itself is correct, just not the range.

See the attached screenshot/save game, the base in Thegglan has 6 modules (1x hangar bay, 5x gun battery), but the range is only 1, while it should be 6. Piracy is actually popping up in the Anahita system.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Build a starbase, build all gun battery, then replace one with hangar bay.
