Progenitor Hive gets regular Spawning Drone from Hive World instead of Offspring Drone

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Progenitor Hives are supposed to get Offspring Drones instead of Spawning Drones that regular hiveminds get. In most places this works correctly, but Hive Worlds get +1 base Spawning Drone job even if the owner is an Offspring Hive. This leads to the weird scenario where you have multiple spawning drone jobs, one strictly better than the other. I would expect a Hive World owner by a Progenitor Hive to get +1 Offspring Drone instead of +1 Spawning Drone.

Play as Progenitor Hive

Acquire a Hive World

Note the Hive World bonus gives +1 Spawning Drone, not +1 Offspring Drone
