Problem trade cancelled [BUG]

What expansions do you have installed?
Do you have mods enabled?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I try to trade with other empires, and when they accept, the trade is always cancelled right after and I get the message: MESSAGE_TRADE_DEAL_END_CANCELED_FLEET
I tried with every empire, with every amount, the trade is always cancelled the next day
