Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing as a driven assimilator with the Pre-sapients policy set to "protected," I've colonized a couple worlds with pre-sapients, only to discover that they're being purged via displacement. That's not supposed to happen, and as a relatively nice assimilator, I find this highly disconcerting.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Colonize a planet with pre-sapients, then check population window. Not sure how consistently this happens...

I might be wrong but I think they might be hiveminded, which I think will be purged unless you have something from the genetics ascension tree (I think). Hmm, idk how pre sapient hiveminds work so maybe they shouldn't be auto purged.
