Synthetic Dawn, Utopia, Leviathans Story Pack, Apocalypse, Megacorp, Distant Stars, Ancient Relics, Lithoids, Federations

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I start the game with the Post-Apocalyptic Origin. My home-planet is excessively bad, only two Energy and Mineral Districts each, both blocked and NO agricultural districts. This does not seem WAD.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
New Race with Post-Apocalyptic Origin, further, I took:
Fanatical Xenophile, Materialist and Egalitarian
Byzantine Bureaucracy, Meritocracy, Primitive Cyborgs (I did NOT take Post-Apocalyptic, am I expected to?)

Thank you for the report!

Can you please double check that there are no mods enabled, and verify the game files in Steam (if not using Steam, please try reinstalling).
If the issue persists after Steam verification please try a clean reinstall, by uninstalling the game,
deleting the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris (for windows) folder and reinstalling the game.

The save itself has the empire starting with 4 points worth of ethics which suggests the game being started using mod.

Hello , too!

I was convinced that I had no Mods installed, yet checking the Launcher, it shows "A Better Stellaris Experience" and "UI Overhaul 1080p Plus".

My apologies, but I must have downloaded these mods a long time ago and never used them. I recently reinstalled my Windows (again), could this somehow made these mods active? At any rate, the problem is solved, thank you.
