Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
post Apocalyptic Civic not setting hability based on Tomb World preference, but based on Home world you choose BEFORE you pick the civic.
ie Humans default to contintental and I was getting 80% habitability for continental worlds. Thought is was a bug with a mod. Disbaled all.
Started a new game and changed home world preference to Arid. Started again and was getting 80% Habitability for Arid, 60% for Desert and 20% for Alpine worlds
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a game and choose the Post Apocalyptic and Technocracy as Civics, Fanatic Materialist and Authoritarian traits. Imperial Government.
