Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
It seems that not just the adjective generation is broken, but the empire names as well. So I have just empires named progenitors, autocrats etc. Also the common ground npcs have the name of one Empire or allinace split bewtween each others, resulting in an empire named "Galactic" or "Civilisation"

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Just start a new game and see some very strange empire names

seen that too. A lot of names turned quite simplistic.

I have a "Tribes of " in my game. Created as a protectorate at the end of a subjugation war. All the original empires are fine.
