Description
Outpost influence recalculation not working anymore!

Game Version
3.7.4

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Queuing building outposts doesn't work as intended. Previously when you queue 3 systems A, B, and C, it costs like this:
A - 100 influence,
B - 200 influence
C - 300 influence
When it builds A, it recalculates the distance of the systems B and C and decreases their costs by 100 respectively.
In total, in the old system, it would take you 300 influence for all 3 systems when recalculation was working.
Now, it will take you 600 influence for those 3 systems unless you cancel the queue and queue it again manually after each outpost that is built!

Steps to reproduce the issue.
See above.

No need for a workaround since this is a bug, it worked as it should a few patches ago.
He's not saying it is not a bug.
A workaround is a just a way to... well, "work around" a bug until it gets fixed.
So unless you intend to not play the game until then, you will have to use some kind of workaround.

And let's be honest: I doubt this one will be fixed quickly. Too many players won't even notice it, and then there are all the other bugs too.
