Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Killed the toxic god, activated the maw, didn't get the decision to consecrate my habitats.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Slay the toxic god.
2. Activate maw relic.
3. Look for consecration decision in habitat decision menu, it isn't there.

Of course it is only after posting this I learn that consecrating a habitat requires a fresh habitat. Oh well, admins may remove this.
