Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The event trapping a science ship in a gas giant (triggered by investigating the Atmospheric Storms anomaly) both sets the science ship disabled and exiles the scientist. When I hit this I thought "oh, the scientist has vanished but the science ship is still there, might as well get some use out of it for now" and assigned a new scientist to the ship. *And the game lets you do this*. There's no obvious notification that the ship is disabled until you find you can't move it, and now can't unassign the new scientist.

The obvious fix would be to forbid adding a leader to a disabled fleet as well as removing one, but it might be better for this event to hide the ship as well as the scientist and just leave the special project, that way there wouldn't be the awkward "two science ships must be present" trigger that meant I couldn't access it from the system view and had to position the second science ship and then switch to galaxy view to get the special project right click option.

I believe this issue is also present in 3.5 but I hit it in the 3.6.0 open beta.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
See attached save game, where the event has just tripped in the Bingwen system. Note that it is possible to assign a new scientist to ISS Haghonon the Watchful
and you don't get any notification that the ship is disabled until after the new leader is assigned.

Alternatively, start a new game, position science ship over a gas giant, find science ship id with debugtooltips, then trip event with
event anomaly.6855 <shipid>
