No sound and bugged Music Menu

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I launched the game and it took longer than normal to show the loading screen, usually it jumps right to it. There is no audio, even with the sliders all the way to maximum. The music menu in-game is bugged, with no tracks visible. The only mod installed is Tiny Outlier v2, and the issue does not resolve when it is turned off.

Can you please verify the game files in Steam (if not using Steam, please try reinstalling).
If the issue persists after Steam verification please try a clean reinstall, by uninstalling the game, deleting the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris (for windows) folder and reinstalling the game.

That worked, thanks! I think it was a problem with my computer as well, since when I looked at the audio outputs it wasn't detecting any.
