Description
Newer Civic choices are a slightly different green than older ones

Game Version
3.5, though it began happening in earlier versions

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When creating a new species, the Civics icons use two subtly different shades of green: a slightly paler color for older civics, and a slightly more saturated color for "newer" ones, introduced in the last few patches.

For example, Catalytic Processing, Masterful Crafters, and all the new Toxoid traits share this new green color.

(This is the tiniest possible problem, but it bugs me every single time I create a new species.)

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Begin creating a new species.
2. In the Government & Ethics panel, look at the icons of a "newer" civic (such as Catalytic Processing) and an older civic (like Byzantine Bureaucracy).
3. Note that the green backgrounds of the icons are slightly different colors between the two.

The team needs to give this top priority, along with fixing the alignment of the banner emblems. For sanity's sake.

(I jest, but I agree this is annoying. I kinda wish I hadn't read your report, cause now I can't unsee it)
