Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
One of the AFE has destroyed the other, and the non-align powers are no more (they were obliterated). Still, there is no promp or anything to say that the war is over, and the final date doesn't trigger because there is "war in heaven", I can't surrender to the fallen empire either. Here is a save.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Let a war in heaven to be over by the AI, the WIH should not reach its conclusion.
