This has been going on for years and I'm finally reporting it since I couldn't find an existing issue.
The percentages shown in the tooltip are probabilities - they must by definition be between 0 and 1 (0% and 100%). However, the 0% probabilities are frequently displayed with negative numbers for some reason. The positive probabilities add up to 100%, so those are probably correct.
