Missing council position information

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
As a hivemind empire, I cannot view what my councillor nodes' beginning traits do. For example, if I hover over my Growth Node I can see that it has the trait "visionary" but I can't see what effect/benefit it confers. When the Growth Node reaches level 2 I can pick a new trait, which I can view the effect of and which appears in the UI underneath the node, but I still can't see what their starting trait does. I'm guessing this is some sort of UI bug where the council leaders/nodes are created before the UI begins checking for traits to display underneath, and it doesn't check retroactively.
Furthermore, if I mouse over a node I can see how much experience they have and how much they need, but I can't see how they gain exp. If it was just passive gain over time, my Expansion Node should have levelled faster than my Growth Node due to a cumulative +50% exp gain from Cordyceptic Drones and Subspace Ephapse civics, but this is not the case. If it's passive then the bug is exp gain, and if it's not passive then there's either a bug with exp gain or a simple lack of relevant and useful info in the tooltips.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
DIsable First Contact, start the game, create a new empire and make sure it's a hivemind with Subspace Ephapse and Cordyceptic Drones civics along with the Tree Of Life origin. Begin a new save with this empire, let the game run for a couple of years until a Council Node levels up, select a trait, note the new trait represented and lack of original.
