It's a Project Augustus / Stellaris minigame.
This might be quite old but I just saw it for the first time today. Enjoy!
EDIT: Thanks to KaTION for checking the direct source code and finding the requirements for each goal, which are as follows:
EDIT 2: Apparently Paradox has changed the goals, increasing the fourth goal to 2,000,000,000 clicks. Thanks again to KaTION:
EDIT 3: So now Paradox has reduced the goal to 600 million.

Also, blueprints are like tickets to a lottery to win a new graphics card and a gaming keyboard or mat, I believe.

Checking the source code: it seems the goal is 300 million clicks total from all people contributing. I'm not sure if that's for the 1st goal or the final one.

At 19 blueprints, I decided to stop. That game is strangely addictive, yet devoid of fun.

After 225000 clicks, I am feeling a lack of motivation to keep clicking. if this is accurate, I am responsible for way more then 10% of all clicks according to the global counter, which means i suspect a lot of people will use macros and various other control schemes to bypass the click requirement aha.

We just hit 2 million. We are now at 1% of the way to the first goal. Jesus, the guys at pdox are absolutely sadistic. I get that we're still two months out from release(God, that's good to say), but still, the requirements here are more than a Little extreme. It could be toned down.

Edit: I stand corrected: We are 1% of the way to the final goal. Still absurd, though.

Further checking the source code, I have found how many clicks are necessary to unlock each goal.

Ridathi I (1st Goal) = 30 million clicks

Unity (2nd Goal) = 90 million clicks

Wistral III (3rd Goal) = 180 million clicks

Thirimora I (4th Goal) = 300 million clicks
