Just to make it clear and I know it's a joke, too. they wrote it wrong and they explained it again on Twitter.

It doesn't just randomly load the mods. the mod order in the luncher is just qued in order of whitch you last have chosen the mods.

Yeah, there was a bug where it was loading in selection order, which they fixed. They just had written it wrong in the patch notes.

Come on guys, this is thread anout jokes and memes. I know it's fixed to the order in which you drag and drop your 100+ mods within a window that can display five at a time. This is a great improvement.
