There's a button on the top right of this page labeled "Unwatch thread" that you can click to stop receiving notifications if they annoy you so much. You can come back in about a week or two when the meme dies. Or you can be like everyone else, and simply ignore the memes you don't like, like the ones you do, and make your own. And I counted, there's only 20 memes, and that's a generous number counting the ones I didn't make and the ones made by other people.
