"This is what we call "reverse terraforming" a.k.a. "burn it all down"!"

So, napalm is now a terraforming liquid? Nice to know.
And of course, flamethrowers are only terraforming gears... I like where this is going. Mainly, because the one below becomes relevant again:

Also, I suppose a species faring from a desert planet could have an interesting reaction in front of a tree, something they see for the first time ever in their entire hystory:

"What in the name of the seven stars is THAT thing?"
"What thing?"
"THAT THING!"
"Oh my... it's... it's so... green. And leafy. And tall... it's... it's disgusting! It's resemble the shape of a green bronch!"
"Kill it! Kill it with fire!!"

Or so the story goes...

speaking as someone who plays primarily on desert worlds: the experience of plonking pops down on tropical worlds for the first time is very much like this

usually they get so up-in-arms about it, they genetically modify themselves to cope with the sudden presence of trees
hardy hardy harr scripted events

Well of course, Tropical is disgusting and filthy, full of bugs, fungus and plantoid scum. Desert is glorious and majestic. Arm the napalm charges. ^^
btw. I once terraformed Gaia worlds to Desert for RP reasons - Gaia seemed too filthy as well. ^^

What is it about this guy? Why is he so famous? He's like Pepe just more glorious and less of a hate symbol. Is there anywhere i can find this pic without words

He is the God Emperor K'reel I, whose aspirations for Godhood where first found at this very meme thread, at the early ages of space exploration. He is fabulous and divine, a giant among the stars. I give to you the image I have, as it was bestowed upon me several cycles ago.

May you use it well.

I'd actually never played HW1 until Remastered: couldn't find a download that wasn't going to shove a virus in my face and I didn't do Amazon at the time for the disc

I knew what happened but there was still something special in a fucked up way about seeing the fate of Kharak for the first time with the full HD-rendered context
There may have been tears.
