Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I'm building a gateway at Terminal Egress.
When I start building Mega shipyard at the same system, gateway build is canceled.

Note, that I have Architectural Renaissance + Master Builders, so my mega structure building capacity should be 3.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Load the game. Start building Mega shipyard, as said above.
