playning a megacorp, subterranean origin, civics mastercraft inc and franchinsing.
only subsidary vassal types

Steps to reproduce the issue.
When you have research somthing all new vassal types dispiere from propose subjugation

Specialist subject types require a less than 50% tech level difference, but this information doesn't seem to be available from the contract / subjugation interface.
