Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Mods disabled to replicate. Just UI mod normally and Ork Advisor. I initially thought this was an Easter Egg. This is from the Ancient Hulk anomaly. After putting a starport on the Gaia system, the Vol event seems to just end. Hilarious dialogue by the way. "We come in peace. Peace." Someone on a forum pointed out that Despicable Neutrals is actually a chosen term for when things go wrong. Still funny whoever picked that. I don't like neutrals either!

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Ancient Hulk Anomaly > Starport in Gaia system > Get an incoming messsage from the Vol > Option 1 > Option 2.

I have seen this in general. Got an evend saying an enemy pirate fleet will get created at one of my systems with starbase. Nothing happened. Tried to arm privateers and spawn them in enrmy sytems with starbases - nothing happened. It us like having an upgraded starbase in ur system prevents the spawning of any hostile fleets.

Worked just fine for me with testing. When I chose the no to letting them insta-purge the Vol.
