Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
During total war the map can end up showing systems as being mine without indicating that they contain enemy planets which I have not occupied yet.

tonatiuh in the center of the map actually contains an enemy planet in secret.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
In total war occupy some planets in a system but not others.
In this specific case I used driven assimilator collosus to turn one of the planets/habitats to my side but not the other
