Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
"Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.", first of all this sentence isn't correct... (shown beside this textbox)

But moving on, the Mantle-Dwelling Civilization colony event no longer fits the correct narrative when playing with the Subterranean origin, the players civilization at that point is also a "mantle-dwelling" one, and does not live on the surface. So text within the situation log such as "tunneling towards our colony on the surface" no longer makes narrative sense.

The easiest solution would be stopping said event from happening if the player chooses said origin, but perhaps the colony event could be altered if the player is playing with the Subterranean origin to better describe the situation. For example, "and many of our settlements have suffered damage." could be changed to "and many of our underground settlements have suffered damage." Another example could be: "While investigating the earthquakes", altered to "While investigating the tunnel-collapses".

Closing off, I understand that this is quite a large colony event with a lot of text, and simply altering a lot of the text would be time consuming for such little if at all noticeable changes, so perhaps just stopping the event from happening to Subterranean empires would be the better outcome. Thank you for reading - Anthony.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Actually I think they changed the subterranean event when they released that particular origin. So its not like they arent aware of the event and its contents. Based on comparing the events new and old, it seems like the new aliens are in the mantle, and the subterranean origin puts you closer to the crust.. maybe. Either way it needs some more love to fix some of the mistakes/inaccuracies.
