Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Manifesti Faction, which is supposed to disappear after some time when under 35% satisfaction, has already disappeared once but reappeared and it is not going away anymore. The event in which I allowed them to form the faction has appeared, but the one supposed to fire after they first disband which disables them again has not fired.
- The 'Manifesti' save provided is from a time when they still had their first faction (y. 2276)
- 'Manifesti Reformed' is after they reappeared and then didn't disappear again (y. 2312)

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Simply let the Manifesti event chain take course.

As of 2326 they have disbanded and reappeared again.

Yes, the event `manifest.30` never fires. You can actually fire it manually in the console, but I've noticed even then they continue to return.
