Started up the game with no mods and all DLCs and when it came to the Main Menu it just... Doesn't look right

I have an update to this issue
Ive discovered that only when I set it to 3840 by 2160 that the graphical glitch happens. Every other resolution shows the correct main menu graphics.

I just recently ran into a very similar problem. The solution turned out being unsubscribing to an outdated mod.

For me it was the "Improved Space Battles (Graphics)" mod
