Main menu for the game on fullscreen only appears on bottom half of screen

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When running the game on fullscreen it appears as if the game has shifted halfway down the screen so the top half of the screen is black and only the top portion of the main menu appears

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Launch the game on a mac running Catalina

I have this too, on a Macbook just upgraded to Catalina. I see this also in EU4, which was otherwise unplayable with the latest update - this was just icing on that cake.

I recently reinstalled CK2 (as we no longer can play EU4...) and got this exact bug as well. I found a really simple workaround on reddit that fixed CK2 for me and from the response in the CK2 bug thread, it worked for others as well. I don't have Stellaris installed so I'm not sure if it will work but it's probably worth a try.

--> In settings.tex: set fullScreen=no and borderless=yes.
