Description
Machine World nightlights are still broken [3.0.3] [d281]

Game Version
3.0.3

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Machine world textures (as in, the textures of the planets themselves on the map) are still broken, with non-functioning nightlights. This is especially confusing as machine worlds share the exact same textures, sounds and city view as Contingency worlds - and the night lights on those planets work just fine.

This bug has existed since Synthetic Dawn was released.

I've included a screenshot of my starting machine world (using the Resource Consolidation origin) and a screenshot of the original Synthetic Dawn trailer, which shows how these lights should be working.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Either start a game as a machine empire with the Resource Consolidation origin; start as a machine empire and then terraform a planet into a machine world; or start any game as normal and find a machine world within the galaxy.
