Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Technologies with descriptions that do not fit in the box when selecting techs expand instead of scrolling, and that expansion remains and creates gaps in the menu for the rest of the game- happens most often with techs added by mods but have confirmed it will occur with any technology description that is too long
Steps to reproduce the issue.
have any technology with more than four lines of description as an option to research, select that option
