Libra v3.3.0 Beta (f622) - Archeological Site "Message in the Canopy" reward bugged

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When completing the archeological site "Message in the Canopy" you are presented with two options that seem to have their intended effects swapped.
The careful option grants resources (Img1) while the greedy option grants the terraforming modifier described in the flavor text of the careful option (Img2). Additionally, the terraforming modifier seems to be applied to the science ship that worked on the archeological site instead of the empire or the planet the site was on and therefore has no effect whatsoever.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Load save.
2. Make choice in finished archeological dig site.
3. Wait 2 months.
4. Look at results.

For me the last panel does not even appear. I get the option of excavating carefully or hastily, and the digsite is marked as finished.

Never mind i realized it is only supposed to trigger later
However the event is now switched with the careful excavation resulting in shattering.

The careful excavation option should result in retrieving the artifact, which is ancrel.15004.desc, and ancrel.15004 is triggered, but that has the name, desc, and results for 15005 under it.
The greedy excavation option should result in shattering the artifact, which is ancrel.15005.desc, and ancrel.15005 is triggered, but that has the name, desc, and results for 15004 under it.
