When creating a new empire, changing the ruler name for one gender changes it for all genders.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Create a new empire. Pick a government type that has is supposed to have gendered titles (e.g. Emperor/Empress). Go to the Ruler tab and note the title (e.g. Emperor). Switch the gender of the default ruler; the listed title does not change.

Hi there.

This bug is a major issue that has caused me to literally stop playing Stellaris at all ever since the Overlord Expansion has been out. I have worked on an extensive database with MASSIVE headcannon backgrounds on 19 to 23 exclusive races, all with full biographies down to the smallest detail, such as flag colors, background and symbol marked as "X,Y" style coordinates.

I have taken the liberty to expand on default and original peoples or biographies and modified them to fit my version of the Stellaris Universe, which expands into "No Man's Sky". I am currently working on extended universe background stories with a partner who has college and/or university level studies in management, cinematographic techniques and writing.

As of now, however, 95% of my biographies have been shortened/formatted to fit within the very small space we are alloted, and they must be written on a third party application such as "Notepad" or "Open Office Writer", allowing us to put spaces and interlines between paragraphs and then copy/pasted into the Stellaris Biography pane in the New Empire Creation interface.

This has been a work in progress since 2016 and I take these 6 years of work seriouly. To suddenly have my Empress be called Emperor or, hypotetically "Jack the Bold" be called Princess is extremely off-putting and COMPLETELY takes me out of my immersion, to put it midly. Please work on resolving this quickly, it's already been at least two weeks and no hotfixes have been out to resolve this MAJOR issue.
