Stellaris - Launcher thinks version 3.4.5 is the latest version of the game

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When installing or trying to update the game, Paradox Launcher detects version 3.4.5 as the latest version and doesn't even show 3.5 as an option, locking me from the update.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Install/reinstall Paradox Launcher v2
2. Try installing Stellaris 3.5 Fornax

This makes me so sad, I didn't even know the launcher had this capability, would have been a great way to get old versions for GOG users, who can only download the most recent patches, unlike steam which has the branches feature.
