Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The great khan spawned and the ai empires were too scared to attack its doomstack of fleets. They attacked everything else instead, causing the khans empire to completely vanish from the map after the great khan was beaten the first time in the last remaining system. Usually the khan respawns and starts a second storm, but not in this case. The khan had no system left to respawn to and it failed to trigger the respawn event. Now the khan hides in the empire screen. Empires are theoretically still able to surrender and the khan reached immortality, because old age or murder events cannot reach him there.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
After the khan spawns avoid fighting his mainfleet and take everything else down first. Also prevent ai empires from spawning or go on gamemode ensign (the khan doesnt scale with crisis strength, causing it to more be a joke than a crisis nowadays). After taking down the chosen of the great khan for the first time, he wont be able to respawn on map, but stay in empire screen. (Maybe u have to build outposts at the former khan territory too)
