I'm sorry if this has been asked before, if it was I didn't find it, but I have a question:

There is a store that offers a pre-order of the Polish-language version of the game. Would I be stuck with the Polish version if I pre-order there, or do all versions include the ability to change language settings? I'm guessing they would, but just want to make sure.

You will have access to all supported languages no matter where you buy it.

Just remember this advice from the OP and make sure you're happy that you're buying from a properly authorised retailer.

Important information about retailers!
There is a large so called “grey market” which has made it a business to obtain Steam keys through illegal means (false credit card information usually) that they sell under market price. The most common outcome of buying keys like this is that after a few days the game will be removed from your Steam account due to the payment never going through. You will still have paid money however, and you will not get this money back. You have been warned!

Any doubts any you should probably buy from Paradox since that will have the Polish version and will give them 100% of your money.

Also, how do preorders work if I use a website other than the Paradox store or Steam? Since they sell the Steam version, will it still sync with my Paradox account once I preorder it?

Yes the devs confirmed greenman is a legit seller.

You get your steam key emailed to you on the day of release. Once its redeemed on steam it will sync with your paradox account if they are linked

I have no doubts as to the legality of the vendor - it's the official store of CD Projekt, who are responsible for the Polish distribution as far as I know, and probably localisation as well. And I prefer playing the English version of the game, so that's also not a factor - which is why I asked whether or not the Polish-sold version has all other language options enabled.

I will not lie though: the preorder is cheaper. Even though I regularly buy from the Paradox Store, and purchase all games and non-cosmetic DLC at full price, at this point of time I'm more inclined to purchase the game at a lower price - and, I repeat, from a reputable vendor.

You need to have it attached to your Paradox Account. The only way to do that is to either order it directly through Paradoxplaza with your account, or by having it on Steam. And I don't think the latter is possible unless you pre-order directly from Steam, since the others send Steam keys on the release day. Sorry.

Well thats it Galaxy Edition preordered. Anybody got a working time machine at hand so I can fast forward to the 9th of may? Ever since I saw the first trailer and got the first infos I always thought this is the kinda game I been waiting for since I can think of.

Hint: Someone might just set up a simple official page with a table or list of what each edition involves rather than forcing navigation through multiple steps on different pages. Had a page hang or load very slowly on the Paradox website (forums work great, website not so much). Making it more difficult to find out about premium content does not boost sales.

can I pre-order a disc copy of the game? I have no internet right now and there is no chance it will be OK any time soon, so steam is not an option
