Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Per usual. Disable them and it still happens.

Captured Species can work specialist jobs when first set to slaves (default is indentured service). But as soon as I change the living standards to Basic, they are now just a worker. I don't see any limitation on that in the wiki.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1 Load my save provided (and do this on Ullanor Prime) or get a pop while default setting for new pops is citizenship.
2. Species > Set Rights > Slaves
3. Species > Living Standards > Basic
4. Get frustrated
