Synthetic Dawn, Utopia, Leviathans Story Pack, Apocalypse, Megacorp, Distant Stars, Ancient Relics, Lithoids, Federations

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have 2 slaves of a new lithoid species in my empire. They are indentured servitude slaves, like all other non-main species, but they won't take any job as Artisan, Roboticist or Researcher. Pops from other slave types with the exact same rights settings can work these jobs.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Load attached save file. Open Planet views of "#ECU c Astore III a" or "Banagho Prime". Both planets have one Vran pop, which seem unable to take a job as Artisan, Roboticist or Researcher.

Try entering the debugtooltip console command, going into the planet's job view, and checking what their job weights are being calculated as.
Here's what I see - only a weight for working as clerk:

In comparison, a slave of another species with the exact same rights looks like this:

Resolved: not a bug!

It is not a bug - i missed that these pops have the Servile trait, preventing them to take specialist jobs. I wonder tiough if Indentured Servitude should be an available option for pops with the Serviles traits.
