Description
Hyperlane relay issues

Game Version
Cepherus V3.4.3 (9d15)

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When you have a hyperlane relay installed in a system you cannot use normal hyperlanes at all even by manual command. The AI directions overrides you and sends the fleets or the ships to use the hyperlane relay instead. This can cause very frustrating situations such as in war time your fleets are about to jump through hyperlane and suddenly when relay comes online they turn around to go on the opposite side of the solar system to use the relay. The scenario described has also caused many of the fleets to be destroyed due to this forced maneuver.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Outside war: Ship about to jump into hyperlane and hyperlane relay comes online. The ship will stop and turn around to go to hyperlane relay.

War time in enemy territory: Jumping into another system through hyperlane since the relay is offline due to not owning it. One fleets jump faster and takes the system. The rest of the fleets that were about to jump through hyperlane turn around to go to relay.

Yes, it's very irritating :
I was using a science-ship to explore with the passive posture (to past system with hostiles). But on the next system, there where space-monsters (space amibe, i think). With the normal hyperline, i could have easily past them, but they were just next the hyperrelay on the other half of this system... so RIP my spaceship...
